• orders are processed within 4-6 business days after payment is received.
• custom or handmade items may required additional time ( noted on the product page)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey

Lost or delayed packages

• we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. However, we’ll do our best to help track down your package.
